Delivery

We ship to all  states, Nigeria. Nationwide Delivery by Redstar Express. Lagos: 1 - 3 days.  Outside Lagos 3 - 7 days. All orders are shipped with a  tracking number. During sale periods, holidays and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

Return

Pcgetz will accept exchanges and returns  within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for an exchange, store credit or a different product. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a  refund or exchange. Please Note: Discounted and sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged Returned items must have tags still on and returned in original product packaging Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned this includes but not limited to consumable goods such as inks. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
