If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for an exchange, store credit or a different product.

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a  refund or exchange.

Please Note:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must have tags still on and returned in original product packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned this includes but not limited to consumable goods such as inks.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty:

Fewer than 1% of all Pcgetz shipped products are subject to any warranty or quality issue.

In the unlikely event there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the warranty period after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return. When we receive the goods back, we will repair the item.

 

In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair/credit under warranty, your shipping cost returning the products to the Pcgetz warehouse are payable by you.

 

If you experience any problem with a product bought from Pcgetz, contact us first and we will do our best to advice you. Any returns must be discussed with Pcgetz Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork. You must obtain a returns authority (RA) number for any returns. 

 Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software – invalidates the warranty 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {sales@pcgetz.com} and send your item to: {I34, Rd 5, ikota shopping complex, ajah. Lagos.}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {I34, Rd 5, Ikota shopping complex ajah. Lagos.}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
